This is an in-person role based in İzmir, Türkiye. You must be located in İzmir or willing to relocate before your start date. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available for this position. Applications from candidates outside İzmir will not be considered.

What You’ll Build

You’ll own features end-to-end in one of three tracks (but at a startup, you’ll touch all of them).

Fullstack Engineering

• Own and ship production features across the CLEATUS platform — AI proposal writer, contract search & matching, pursuit management
• Work across the frontend, API, and database layers in a Turborepo monorepo written in end-to-end TypeScript
• Design and maintain APIs, background jobs, and real-time workflows that serve thousands of users
• Use agentic engineering tools (Claude Code, autonomous loops) to build the machine that builds the machine — configure the repo, CI, and workflows so features can be built, tested, and shipped autonomously

AI Engineering

• Orchestrate low-parameter models and build production agent workflows with DSPy
• Construct training and evaluation datasets to measure and improve agent quality
• Design tool APIs for frontier agents operating in a multi-agent environment

Growth Engineering

• Build automated outreach and SDR systems with OpenClaw
• Design and maintain n8n workflows for scalable content production
• Own programmatic SEO — generate and optimize pages targeting high-intent government contracting

queries

• Run A/B tests and conversion rate optimization experiments with PostHog
• Manage and optimize paid acquisition across Meta and Google Ads

You’ll own features from design through deployment and be expected to ship, test, and maintain production code.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years working with TypeScript / Node.js / React (professional or serious personal projects)
• Comfortable with SQL databases (bonus: Redis)
• Hands-on with Linux and DockerAble to ship, test, and own production code end-to-end
• Experience working in or contributing to a real codebase — not just tutorials

• Full-stack capability – you can work across the frontend, backend, and database layers
• Production thinking – you’ve dealt with real users, edge cases, or data at some scale

Examples: a SaaS side project with actual users, a meaningful feature you shipped at work, an open-source tool others use, a freelance project you built and delivered.

Stand out even more if you’ve led a project with measurable market traction — GitHub stars, app downloads, paying users, or revenue generated. We’re looking for people who can grow into technical leadership.
