What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer with a strong portfolio
• Expert proficiency in React 18/19 and deep understanding of the Next.js ecosystem (specifically App Router, Server Components, and Streaming).
• Strong TypeScript skills, with a focus on writing type-safe, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Advanced knowledge of CSS and Modern Styling: Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS (v3/v4) and utility-first workflows.
• Familiarity with Headless UI Components: Experience with Radix UI or similar primitive component libraries to build accessible and customizable design systems.
• Internationalization (i18n): Understanding of localization workflows, ideally with tools like next-intl.
• API Integration: Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, type-safe data fetching, and handling complex asynchronous data flows.
• Performance & Core Web Vitals: Deep knowledge of web performance optimization, image optimization, and debugging tools.
• Modern Build Tools: Experience with npm, Vite, and understanding of Next.js build processes.
• UI/UX Sensibility: Strong attention to detail in translating Figma designs into high-quality, responsive code with a focus on accessibility (a11y).
• Proficiency with Git workflows.
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments and cross-functional teams.

• UX-to-Code Mastery: Translate complex UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and high-quality code with a strong focus on technical feasibility.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to define APIs and ensure seamless end-to-end data flow.
• Performance Optimization: Audit and optimize applications for maximum speed, focusing on Core Web Vitals and efficient state management.
• Quality First: Participate in rigorous code reviews and establish testing best practices to maintain a healthy and maintainable codebase.
• Mentorship & Growth: Stay ahead of emerging frontend trends and mentor fellow engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• End-to-End Ownership: Take full accountability for features from the initial discovery phase through to successful deployment and post-launch monitoring.
