About the Team

This is an international IT organization with around 1,000 professionals located across multiple European countries. As part of its technology strategy, the company is expanding its nearshoring capabilities by building a new tech center in Poland within an existing shared services structure.

The center focuses on delivering business services and developing operational competencies. It supports global entities in areas such as customer and partner service, credit analysis, KYC processes, HR data administration, and internal control.

A key technology domain being developed in Poland is responsible for building and maintaining core digital platforms that support customer experience, fleet management, and connected services.

Role Overview

The Developer is responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting IT systems while ensuring their reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software following best practices (scalability, security, maintainability)
• Analyze business requirements and support solution design
• Maintain and optimize existing codebase
• Integrate systems and tools
