About the Team
This is an international IT organization with around 1,000 professionals located across multiple European countries. As part of its technology strategy, the company is expanding its nearshoring capabilities by building a new tech center in Poland within an existing shared services structure.

A key technology domain being developed in Poland is responsible for building and maintaining core digital platforms that support customer experience, fleet management, and connected services.

Role Overview
The Developer is responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting IT systems while ensuring their reliability and performance.
