About the job

Turkish Technology is the technology arm driving the digital transformation of one of the world's largest airlines. We build large-scale, production-grade systems at the intersection of modern airline retailing and artificial intelligence. We're not building prototypes. We ship.

We're looking for an AI / ML Engineer who owns problems end-to-end: from classical ML pipelines to production-grade agentic AI systems — and everything in between.

Role and Responsibilities

• Define problem scope and success criteria together with business teams
• You will work directly with business stakeholders to frame problems, choose the right approach, and own the outcome from first analysis to live monitoring.
• Choose the right approach per problem: classical ML (forecasting, classification, optimization, pricing), GenAI (LLM, RAG, agents), or hybrid
• Build and operate ML models across a range of airline retailing use cases
• Design and deploy enterprise-scale RAG systems on corporate data
• Build autonomous AI agents and agentic architectures for complex, multi-step business workflows
• Apply fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and PEFT techniques (LoRA, QLoRA) to adapt LLMs for domain-specific use cases
• Develop end-to-end ML pipelines and integrate solutions into production microservice architecture
• Monitor live model performance, manage model lifecycle, and drive continuous improvement

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related departments
• Good command of the English language
• You think in systems. You're comfortable with ambiguity. You know the difference between an impressive experiment and a production system, and you know how to cross that gap.

On the technical side we're looking for:

• ML foundations: PyTorch, XGBoost, scikit-learn, Hugging Face — supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, Transformers
• GenAI & agents: production LLM experience, RAG architecture, fine-tuning/PEFT, agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar), Model Context Protocol (MCP) or equivalent tool integration
• Data & storage: SQL for analysis, vector databases (Milvus, pgVector, Qdrant, or similar), NoSQL familiarity
• MLOps: Docker/Kubernetes, experiment tracking (MLflow, W&B), model monitoring, CI/CD for AI systems
• Integration: REST APIs, microservice architectures, cloud platforms
