The impact you’ll make
At Paribu, every team member plays a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions. As a Solutions Engineer role, you will be responsible for:
- Drive complex enterprise deals by translating technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes
- Enable clients to successfully adopt and scale crypto and financial infrastructure solutions
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales by shaping solution strategy, architecture, and value propositions
- Simplify and communicate complex on-premise and cloud architectures for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Influence product direction by bringing customer insights and real-world use cases into Product and Engineering teams
- Lead technical engagements including demos, workshops, and proof-of-concept (PoC) processes
- Build trust with enterprise clients by positioning yourself as a trusted technical advisor
Key competencies
We value skills and potential as much as experience. To thrive in this role requires:
- 8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise environments
- Partner with Sales teams throughout the full sales cycle, from discovery to deal closure
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures tailored to client needs
- Support RFP/RFI processes with strong technical and solution narratives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business teams
- Identify opportunities to optimize solution offerings and improve go-to-market strategies
- Experience leveraging AI-driven analytics and insights to inform account strategies and optimize client engagement
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams; mentoring junior engineers is a plus
