Role Responsibilities
- Design and manage data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and analysis.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to improve operational performance and efficiency.
- Analyze datasets to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business goals.
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks to track key metrics and workflow improvements.
- Continuously refine processes to ensure scalability, accuracy, and data integrity.
- Take ownership of operational challenges and proactively implement solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong experience in data analysis, annotation, or workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with operational processes and process improvement practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights.
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail in data validation.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Interest in AI systems, human data operations, and performance optimization.
