Position: Human Data Manager (Early Career)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $30 - $45/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Design and manage data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and analysis.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to improve operational performance and efficiency.
  • Analyze datasets to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business goals.
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks to track key metrics and workflow improvements.
  • Continuously refine processes to ensure scalability, accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Take ownership of operational challenges and proactively implement solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong experience in data analysis, annotation, or workflow optimization.
  • Familiarity with operational processes and process improvement practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights.
  • Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail in data validation.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Interest in AI systems, human data operations, and performance optimization.
