Role Overview:

A skilled Full Stack Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using the MERN stack, along with working knowledge of Laravel (PHP framework). The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across front-end and back-end technologies and capable of delivering high-quality, performance-driven applications.

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

• Build responsive and intuitive UI/UX interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

• Utilize Next.js for server-side rendering and performance optimization.

• Work with and maintain applications built using Laravel (PHP).

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

• Write clean, modular, reusable, and well-documented code.

• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and backend developers.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.

• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Atleast 5–8 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.

• Working knowledge of Laravel (PHP framework) and MVC architecture.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and PHP fundamentals.

• Experience with Next.js and API integrations.

• Understanding of RESTful services and JSON-based APIs.

• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

• Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

• Basic understanding of performance optimization techniques.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to have skills:

• Experience with TypeScript and Redux / Context API.

• Familiarity with GraphQL or WebSockets.

• Exposure to AWS, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience in writing unit tests (Jest, React Testing Library).

• Experience working in hybrid tech environments (Node.js + PHP).
