We are looking for a Junior AI Business Analyst to support the identification of business needs and translate them into AI and data-driven solutions.

This role is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about AI, automation, and digital transformation, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure AI initiatives align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Process Analysis

• Analyze cross-functional business processes across finance, HR, sales, operations, and compliance within the UAE market.
• Document current and future workflows to support AI and automation initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into structured documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.

AI & Data Use Case Support

• Assist in identifying and refining AI use cases such as forecasting, automation, chatbots, and customer insights.
• Define data requirements, assumptions, and constraints for model development.
• Support the development of KPIs and success metrics for AI initiatives.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather and validate requirements.
• Participate in workshops, meetings, and user sessions.
• Present insights and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Testing, Validation & Monitoring

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for AI tools, dashboards, and automation workflows.
• Validate outputs against business objectives and regulatory standards.
• Monitor solution performance and recommend improvements.

Governance, Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain clear and structured documentation for AI solutions and data processes.
• Support compliance with UAE data protection and governance regulations.
• Assist in implementing responsible AI practices and controls.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python (preferred)

• Understanding of common AI use cases (forecasting, automation, chatbots, CRM insights)
• Basic awareness of the AI lifecycle

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or technology-related roles
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Preferred

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems such as Zoho, SAP, or Oracle
• Basic certifications in AI, data analytics, or related fields
• Experience working within UAE/GCC business environments
