Position Purpose:
To provide operational, analytical, and coordination support across key E&C Hub workstreams, including data analytics, reporting, policy implementation, governance documentation, digital presence, and stakeholder engagement. The role ensures consistent execution of the E&C Hub’s operational activities and contributes to the effectiveness, visibility, and integrity of the E&C function across Mubadala and its Portfolio Companies.
Role Description:
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Support the preparation of E&C Helpline KPIs, YTD reports, and other performance dashboards for executive reviews and governance committees.
- Consolidate, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness of monthly, quarterly and yearly E&C reporting.
- Assist in the design, drafting, maintenance and refinement of project and Unit scorecards, performance indicators, and measurement frameworks aligned with E&C strategic priorities.
Policy Implementation & Governance Support
- Contribute to drafting, reviewing, and updating guidelines, SOPs, Code and policy materials, and governance documents in collaboration with internal stakeholders (referenced in VP JD policy and systems responsibilities).
- Ensure templates, guidance, and E&C documentation remain updated, consistent, and easily accessible across platforms.
- Support training material updates and content alignment with E&C standards.
- Ensure version tracking and archiving for all internal documents.
Digital Presence & Systems Support
- Maintain and update E&C digital platforms such as Canvas pages and dashboards.
- Assist with testing and validation of Daleel dashboards and digital tools, including user acceptance testing and feedback resolution.
- Support with implementation of technology-related features, including AI.
Communications & Engagement
- Contribute to and unify all internal E&C communications by providing newsletter inputs, email announcements, and awareness-campaign content, while also leading efforts to align all E&C communication materials — including presentation decks, training materials, templates, and visual assets — to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to E&C branding and messaging.
- Propose and present communication material to line manager and Unit leadership.
- Prepare and align content for all communication channels working closely with Group Comms.
- Support team engagement and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment and visibility of E&C initiatives.
- Drive innovative communication initiatives within the Unit.
Project Coordination
- Provide operational support for E&C initiatives, projects, and key tasks, including event management and contract & invoice management.
- Track progress, document updates, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders and third-party providers.
- Support event management activities for team building sessions, forums, and internal workshops.
- Assist with financial planning on events and activities.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with internal stakeholders across all levels — including ECBPs, D&TS, Group Comms, Procurement, and Portfolio Companies — to gather inputs, coordinate activities, and ensure smooth execution of operational tasks.
- Maintain professional relationships with vendors and external partners to support various operational requirements.
Qualification & Experience:
- 5–10 years of experience in an operational, compliance, governance, analytics, or reporting-focused role.
- Experience working in a complex organization and providing support to multiple stakeholders is preferred.
- Experience in digital innovation, AI, data analysis, reporting, document governance, or communications is highly advantageous.
