We have partnered with a Series B SaaS workflow automation platform that is changing how businesses operate at scale. Having proven the product and grown a loyal customer base, they are now entering the most exciting phase of their journey. The hard work of finding product-market fit is done. What comes next is where great product managers thrive, taking something that works and making it exceptional.
This role is for a PM who loves the craft. You will have real autonomy over a meaningful portion of the product, working closely with engineering and design in a team small enough to move fast and senior enough to care about doing it right. If you want to own features end to end, be heard in every room and see your decisions ship to thousands of business users, this is the opportunity.
About the role:
- Own the discovery, definition and delivery of new features across the workflow automation platform, from initial brief through to production release
- Work directly with customers to understand pain points, validate ideas and ensure the product continues to solve real problems at scale
- Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality features quickly, maintaining a high bar for user experience and technical execution
- Define and track product metrics that matter, using data to inform decisions and demonstrate impact
- Contribute to roadmap planning and prioritisation, balancing short-term delivery with long-term product vision
- Work cross-functionally with sales, customer success and leadership to ensure new features land well and drive commercial outcomes
About you:
- 3 to 5 years of product management experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of owning and shipping features that have made a measurable difference to users and the business
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is part of the job
- Strong discovery and research skills, with the ability to turn customer insight into clear, actionable product decisions
- Data-literate, with experience defining success metrics and using analytics to guide prioritisation
- Excellent communicator with the ability to align stakeholders across engineering, commercial and leadership teams
- Experience with workflow automation, operational tooling or process management software is a plus
