  • Proven experience working on large‑scale applicationswith 1,000+ users
  • Workshops & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Ability to independently run design thinking and UX workshops
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience collaborating across portfolios and multiple stakeholders
  • Domain Exposure
  • Experience working on ERP platforms and digital channels
  • Exposure to complex enterprise ecosystems is preferred
  • Design Tools & Skills
  • Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD
  • Hands‑on project‑level UI/UX delivery experience
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems
  • Device & Platform Coverage
  • Design experience across all device types
  • Strong capability in responsive design for mobile and desktopplatforms
  • Design Breadth
  • Experience across a wide range of UX/UI activities including research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
