Job Title: Data Management Section Head

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Data to lead the design, development, and management of our data infrastructure. The role ensures the availability of high-quality, secure, and reliable data to support strategic decision-making and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Leadership: Oversee data management strategy and drive adoption of modern data engineering technologies.
- Data Architecture & Integration: Ensure effective and reliable data integration across systems, and manage data warehouses for stability and availability.
- Quality & Governance: Lead data quality initiatives, define KPIs, and enforce data security policies in collaboration with cybersecurity teams.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize data processing efficiency, manage the section budget, and implement Agile methodologies for project delivery.
- Collaboration: Work with AI teams to support model training infrastructure and improve data accessibility for analytics and reporting.
- Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and develop technical staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Nationals: Minimum 6 years (Bachelor’s) or 7 years (Diploma) in data infrastructure leadership.
- Certification: CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) is preferred.
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic and advanced proficiency in English.
