Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mobile Android Team Lead to join our growing team within the Insurance division of the bank. This role will focus on leading the design, development, and maintenance of mobile solutions that support insurance products and services offered to our customers. You'll collaborate with UX, API, QE, and other mobile developers to deliver high-quality, secure, and user-centric mobile experiences.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Team lead and subject matter expert for the design and development of mobile applications for the Android platform tailored to insurance services.
- Guide the POD members and ensure the successful delivery of mobile features within an Agile framework.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to create seamless digital insurance experiences.
- Integrate with RESTful APIs, secure data protocols, and third-party insurance systems.
- Ensure application is safe and secure; comply with regulatory requirements, data privacy standards, and security best practices.
- Optimize mobile applications for performance and scalability.
- Accessibility standards adhere to WCAG 2.1 standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and CICD processes.
- Support the entire SDLC application cycle.
