Role Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to conceptualize and design intuitive software interfaces.
  • Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align with business goals and technical constraints.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent design system for Karbon Digital’s suite of AI products.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide innovative solutions to complex design challenges.
  • Test and refine designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in UX/UI design and emerging AI technologies.

Requirements


Qualifications:


  • A degree in Technology Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
  • A portfolio showcasing your design projects, with a focus on digital products or AI applications.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for AI technologies and their potential to shape the future.
