Job Description

We are seeking a motivated UI/UX Designer (0–3 years experience) to join our team and contribute to the design of internal tools, workflows, and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design and can translate research insights into intuitive, practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Apply Design Thinking and user-centered design methodologies to create impactful user experiences.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to define problems and develop effective design solutions.
• Translate research findings, user feedback, and business requirements into clear design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Create high-quality UI designs using standard design tools.
• Communicate design decisions effectively and participate in reviews and iterations.
• Occasionally support graphic design tasks as needed for project requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Design Thinking and user-centered design principles.
• Interest in designing for internal tools, enterprise systems, and complex workflows.
• Ability to convert insights and user research into practical, user-friendly design solutions.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and final design work.
• Ability to support occasional graphic design tasks as part of project deliverables.
