What you'll do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define high-level designs and translate requirements into technical solutions for small to medium projects.
- Develop, test, and maintain code ensuring compliance with quality, security, and scalability standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production and business issues through root cause analysis and effective action plans.
- Lead and mentor small engineering groups, providing guidance on documentation, timelines, and technical approaches.
- Implement automation scripts and telemetry features to support continuous integration and delivery processes.
- Monitor application performance, conduct maintenance activities, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Proven experience in software design, development, and delivery within Agile environments.
- Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python.
- Experience with Kafka, Elastic Search, SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and automation scripting.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and GCP.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
- Skilled in debugging, testing, and defect management using modern tools and methodologies.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
