- Salary: $160,000 - $180,000
- Develop and manage short- and long-term forecasts, building financial models that connect operational drivers to overall business performance
- Partner with teams across the business to run scenario analyses and support decisions that drive growth and profitability
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, explain performance, and provide clear, actionable insights to leadership
- Own and enhance reporting across financial and operational metrics, delivering visibility into performance across regions, channels, and key segments
- Oversee FP&A systems and tools, ensuring models are accurate, scalable, and continuously improved, while working with data teams to strengthen reporting processes
- Prepare executive and board-level presentations that clearly link financial results to underlying business drivers
- Establish strong standards for forecasting, modeling, and reporting to ensure consistency, accuracy, and credibility
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, influencing decision-making and driving a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement
- BA/BS Required, MBA a plus
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles, ideally within a multi-unit or consumer-focused business
- Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and solving complex analytical problems
- Experience working with FP&A systems (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion, or similar tools)
- Ability to turn complex data into clear, executive-level insights and recommendations
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior leaders and challenge assumptions thoughtfully
- Experience preparing materials for executive leadership, board meetings, or investors
