Role Description

We are hiring a Web3 Community & Ecosystem Growth Associate (Remote – United States) to support growth and engagement across Web3 ecosystems. This is a full-time, paid role focused on community activity, ecosystem participation, and supporting initiatives that drive adoption across blockchain platforms.

The role involves tracking engagement across Web3 communities, identifying participation trends, and contributing to growth strategies across digital asset ecosystems. The ideal candidate is actively involved in crypto communities and understands how Web3 platforms grow through user participation and network effects.

Responsibilities

Support growth and engagement across Web3 communities and digital ecosystems  

Track participation across blockchain platforms, token ecosystems, and online communities  

Monitor user activity, engagement trends, and ecosystem expansion  

Support initiatives related to community growth and Web3 adoption  

Assist in organizing insights related to user participation and ecosystem activity  

Track developments across DeFi, NFTs, and blockchain platforms  

Collaborate with team members on growth and community initiatives  

Qualifications

Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems  

Active participation in crypto communities, DeFi platforms, or digital asset ecosystems  

Understanding of how Web3 communities and token ecosystems grow  

Experience with community, research, or crypto-related work is a plus  

Strong communication and organizational skills  

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation

Salary range: $90,000 – $125,000 USD per year depending on experience.  

Performance-based bonuses may also be available.
