Project Manager, Brand Transition & Workflow Optimization
We are looking for a structural thinker and a "connector" to help lead a high-visibility 6-month brand transition project. If you are a problem-solver who enjoys turning ambiguity into organized workflows and helping teams navigate change with confidence, this is the role for you.
The Mission
As our Project Manager, you won't just be checking boxes; you will be the engine behind our organizational rebrand. You’ll bridge the gap between creative vision and operational execution, ensuring our teams have the roadmap and the tools they need to succeed during this transition.
Your Priorities
- Drive the Rebrand Roadmap: Orchestrate the planning and rollout of our brand evolution across various internal departments.
- Architect Better Workflows: Audit our current creative intake and approval systems to remove bottlenecks and build a more frictionless environment for our designers.
- Build the "Playbook": Create the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and toolkits that will define how we work moving forward.
- Communication & Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between Communications, Digital Product, and regional divisions, keeping everyone synced through clear briefings and status dashboards.
- Risk & Accountability: Proactively spot potential hurdles, maintain rigorous project logs, and provide the leadership team with data-backed solutions before issues escalate.
The Ideal Profile
- A Change Management Expert: You have a background in guiding large-scale, multi-stakeholder initiatives—specifically those involving creative or brand shifts.
- An Empathetic Communicator: You can translate technical or complex project data into simple, actionable steps that build trust with diverse teams.
- A Data-Informed Optimizer: You use metrics and KPIs to measure the success of a transition and aren't afraid to "test-and-learn" to find a better way of doing things.
- A Self-Starting Leader: You thrive on creating order out of chaos and can keep a project’s momentum high without needing constant oversight.
Logistics & Perks
- Rate: $50/hour.
- Contract: 6 months with potential for extension.
- Location: Hybrid (2 days a week) in Washington DC
- The Culture: You’ll be joining a mission-driven environment that values professional growth, peer recognition, and a collaborative "team-first" spirit.
