Position: Human Data Manager (Early Career)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $40 - $55/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design and manage data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and analysis.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to drive operational efficiency and performance improvements.
• Analyze datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data operations with business goals.
• Develop reporting frameworks to track metrics, quality, and workflow performance.
• Continuously optimize processes to ensure scalability, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Take ownership of operational challenges and proactively implement solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong experience in data analysis, annotation, or workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with operational processes and process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly and effectively.
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail in data quality and validation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Interest in AI systems, human data operations, and performance optimization.
