Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Oman for a Sterilization Engineer In-Charge at Lalan Middle East. The primary responsibilities include overseeing sterilization processes, monitoring equipment performance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves managing a team of technicians, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining detailed documentation, and ensuring the production environment meets the highest quality standards for sterilization processes.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sterilization techniques, sterilization protocols, and equipment operation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and improve processes
- Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to lead and guide a team of technicians
- Familiarity with health and safety standards, compliance regulations, and quality assurance practices
- Excellent organizational and communication skills for process documentation and team coordination
- Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or healthcare industry is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site setting
