We are building AI company that creates "digital employees" based on AI agents. Our solutions help the founder, CEO, COO, CMO, and other roles work in conjunction with a family of agents instead of endlessly scaling staff.
We are looking for a strong Senior Product Owner / Product Manager who will take the agent direction from zero to product market fit: from hypotheses and experiments to first stable sales and scaling.
What you will be doing
· Building a product in the world of AI agents
· Bringing product hypotheses to results:
o Formulating ICP and value proposition
o Describing product hypotheses and metrics
o Launching quick experiments (landing pages, pitches, demos, pilots)
o Collecting feedback and money
· Working closely with the CEO, CMO, and engineers:
o Decomposing ideas into product version / V0
o Prioritizing features and tasks in the backlog
o Balancing between custom agents and scalable solutions
· Building and testing monetization:
o Developing tariffs and package offers (buy agent, custom agent, rent agent, subscription)
o Calculating unit economics, CAC, LTV, payback
· Setting up product analytics for the funnel: awareness - interest - demo - paid pilot - MRR
· Forming a database of insights on the market and competitors for AI agents and "digital employees"
· Preparing product materials: one-pager, presentations, scripts for sales, requirements for marketing and traffic
What is critically important for us
· 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in b2b SaaS, services, or complex digital products
· Real experience in bringing a product from scratch or pre-MVP to first sales / product market fit
· Ability to work in short cycles: 2-3 weeks for one hypothesis from idea to a clear result
· Strong skills in customer development and selling hypotheses through interviews, demos, pilots
· Ability to write clear product specifications and convert them into tasks for the dev team
· Readiness to work hands-on with AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, no-code / low-code, analytics, etc.
· English not lower than Upper Intermediate - some clients and sources will be English-speaking
A plus would be
· Experience in AI products, agent systems, automation, no-code / low-code
· Working in early-stage startups, preferably in b2b
· Interest in the topic of "digital employees", the future of work and automation
How we work
· Format: remote, full-time, direct work with the CEO
· Work framework: short product sprints of 2-4 weeks with clear goals
· Compensation level: a combination of fixed + results-based bonus, an option is also possible after achieving key milestone
Within 1 month we expect from you:
· 3 priority product hypotheses for agents under specific roles are formulated and described
· For 1 priority hypothesis:
o There is a V0 product
o Real demos have been conducted and first pilots have been launched
o There are first payments or clear reasons for refusal and a plan for the next iteration
· A set of insights on ICP and pain points has been collected and structured, based on which we make a decision: strengthen the hypothesis, pivot, or kill it
