About MyHQ By ANAROCK

At myHQ by ANAROCK, we’re reimagining how India works. We’re building the country’s largest network of flexible workspaces - helping thousands of teams and individuals across 30+ cities and 5,000+ verified properties find spaces that work for them.

Whether it’s a freelancer needing a quiet corner for a few hours or a team of 50 scaling fast, we make magical workspaces happen—on-demand, with flexibility, and zero stress. Founded by IIT Delhi alumni and backed by ANAROCK, we’re a small, mission-driven team with big ambitions and a bias for action.

About The Role

myHQ is looking for enthusiastic product designers to join our product team. You will be working closely with user-research and engineering teams to build & design interfaces that deliver an intuitive user experience.

This is a great opportunity for early-career designers (0.5 - 2 years of experience) looking to grow fast, own meaningful product surfaces, and work at a high-pace product company where design directly drives business outcomes. This role is ideal if you want to grow from execution into end-to-end product thinking, while working in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing intuitive, visually polished interfaces for web and mobile platforms
  • Work on key user journeys: discovery, booking, onboarding, and conversion
  • Collaborating with product managers and engineers to ship features end-to-end
  • Conducting lightweight user research, usability testing, and funnel analysis
  • Creating wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and final design assets
  • Evolving and maintaining a coherent design language and component library
  • Challenging assumptions, bringing user empathy, and driving measurable outcomes
  • Using AI tools (Figma AI, Claude, Cursor, Alloy, Lovable, etc.) to accelerate ideation, generate design variants, and produce working prototypes faster than traditional workflows allow
  • Staying current with the rapidly evolving design tooling landscape and proactively experimenting with new tools; sharing learnings with the team

Desired Skills/ Experience

  • Strong understanding of UX/UI fundamentals and interaction design
  • Good visual design skills
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar tools for UI and prototyping
  • Ability to produce functional prototypes.
  • Empathy for users and a curiosity to understand their goals & pain points
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and owning outcomes (not just output)
  • AI-native mindset: you already use AI tools daily in your workflow (not occasionally), and can articulate what they help you do faster and where they fall short
  • Openness to tool experimentation: willing to try unfamiliar tools; comfort with vibe-coding or no-code tools to validate ideas quickly without waiting on engineering

Nice to have

  • Experience improving or owning conversion funnels
  • Side projects or passion work in design
  • Evidence of using AI to ship faster — a working prototype built with Claude/Cursor/Alloy, a Figma file generated from a prompt, or any demo that shows you’ve actually done this, not just read about it
  • Basic understanding of design-to-code handoff and how modern frontend frameworks (React, Tailwind) work -not expected to code, but knowing what’s easy vs. painful to implement changes how you design

People & Culture

  • Autonomy + Impact: You’ll be trusted to own projects that directly affect business metrics and user happiness.
  • Speed + Learning: We move fast and encourage rapid experimentation. You’ll learn how to balance design quality with real-world constraints.
  • Collaborative Culture: Work closely with the founders, engineers, marketers, and operations to shape our core product.
  • Design-Driven Thinking: Your ideas won’t go through layers of red tape. We value thoughtful design and back it with action.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the interview process like?

The interview process consists of 2 technical rounds discussing your (i) portfolio and previous work (ii) design process & product thinking and (iii) product / design critique. Sometimes (depending on your portfolio) there may be an additional short design assignment or a design whiteboarding round involved. This is followed by a 30 min cultural fitment round. In the interview we try to understand your skills in visual design, UX design, and product thinking.

One Thing We Specifically Look For In 2026

AI nativeness. We will ask how you use AI tools in your day-to-day design work - not as a gotcha, but because designers who use AI will move meaningfully faster and explore more ideas before committing. We’re not looking for someone who has read the articles; we’re looking for someone who has done the work. If you have a Figma file, a prototype, a side project, or even a workflow change that came out of experimenting with AI tools, bring it. It will help.
