The Role You'll Play
At Playlist, we're reimagining how businesses harness the power of data to drive meaningful insights and transform decision-making.
Our Business Intelligence team is the strategic nerve center that transforms raw information into powerful insights, empowering our international partnerships and marketing teams to make impactful choices. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, CX Analytics, you'll be a critical data partner for our CX organization, building the analytical infrastructure that tells the story of our customers. You'll:
- Develop sophisticated dashboards and data visualizations in Tableau and Hex that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the CX organization
- Design and maintain robust data models using SQL in dbt, creating a single source of truth that drives strategic decision-making
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop data solutions that illuminate key performance indicators
- Build and refine data pipelines, working with sources like Zendesk and Salesforce
- Partner with stakeholders to build roadmaps and prioritize projects that drive the most impact across the company, bridging communication between data and business teams
- Contribute to the team's technical growth by sharing knowledge and supporting collaborative learning initiatives
- Expertise with data analysis, visualization, and transformation
- Strong coding skills in at least one of: Python, R, or SQL (dbt is a plus)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Hex)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Analytical mindset with a talent for translating data into strategic business insights
- Collaborative approach to problem-solving and team dynamics
- Experience with Customer Experience/Support Analytics
- Comfort with a remote work environment, collaborating with team members across the globe
