Job Description

What’s the role?

The Product Manager in the Transaction Products and Cards squad, is responsible for supporting the performance, growth and customer experience of the business transaction accounts and cards portfolio. The role combines strong product management capability with deep analytical expertise to generate insights that inform portfolio strategy, product improvements and operational outcomes. This role is critical part in ensuring the portfolio performs effectively by leveraging data and analytics to identify trends, risks and opportunities

What do I need?

  • Product ownership mindset – support ownership of the transaction account and cards portfolio performance and customer outcomes.
  • Analytical Capability – apply strong analytical skills and SQL capability to extract, analyse and interpret portfolio data.
  • Insight Generation – translate complex datasets into clear insights that inform product strategy and decision making.
  • Strategic Thinking – apply critical thinking to identify opportunities to improve portfolio performance and customer experience.
  • Commercial Awareness – identify opportunities to drive portfolio growth and improve commercial outcomes
  • Problem Solving – address issues and complaints with structures, customer focus solution and clear follow through
