About the role: We are looking for a Project Manager to join the premier owner and operator of shopping centers in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

The position is based in the Bucharest Office, near Promenada Mall, with a flexible work-from-home schedule for six days of the month. As a Project Manager, you will play an important role in the IT Team and will help managing the successful execution of the CE and Budget and Forecasting Product Roadmaps.

You will establish and maintain strong communication channels with product vendors, collaborating on updates, enhancements, and issue resolution to ensure the product meets organizational needs.

Ultimately, your role is to bridge the gap between business objectives and product development, ensuring the delivery of valuable and high-quality solutions that meet user needs and drive organizational success.

Location: Bucharest

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring project progress and performance, conducting regular status meetings, and providing updates to stakeholders
• Track execution of approved Project plan with focus on timeline and deliverables availability for further technical validation. Manage Project lifecycle according to agreed methodology, within defined timeline, scope and quality, safeguard project status through risk management methods
• Documenting project processes, lessons learned, and best practices to improve future project performance
• Development of Annual and Quarterly Roadmaps for new projects. Alignment of Roadmaps with other teams within Digital to confirm support for planned projects
• Conduct Quality Audits to ensure compliance to project methodologies and standards. This includes ensuring proper documentation is in place when project risk becomes elevated or project is escalated to management’s attention

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/finance or equivalent area
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a multidisciplinary environment
• A project management certification like PMP or similar desirable
• Excellent communication and English skills
• Demonstrated experience to create and maintain project deliverables such as, project charter, status reports, meeting minutes, and project schedule
• Demonstrated experience in managing issues, scope and quality while bringing projects to successful completion within time requirements
• Proven track record of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. traditional, Agile, Scrum, Kanban), techniques and tools
• Previous experience working with DevOps or JIRA highly desirable
• Able to work in virtual teams across multiple cultures and time zones
• Excellent teamwork with collaborative, innovative, and intelligent problem-solving
• Highly self-motivated, well-organized, self-driven, independent; will take ownership of assigned tasks
