What You Will Bring
- Strong 3+ years hands-on experience in software product development in complex technical environments.
- Experience in distributed systems or on-prem cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Proven track record in Kubernetes administration and it’s lifecycle management.
- Experience with Kubernetes native software, operators and CRDs.
- Good understanding of networking in Kubernetes and on-prem cloud environments.
- Proficiency in Linux configuration, troubleshooting and debugging, with regular hands-on use in day-to-day development and operational work.
- Hands-on experience in managing storage solutions (e.g. Ceph).
- Demonstrated understanding of security requirement in cloud environments.
- Solid DevOps skills and experience with modern software delivery practices.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python or Golang, along with solid experience in automation and scripting using tools such as Ansible and shell scripting.
- Skills for collaborative environments, excelling in facilitation, knowledge sharing and mentoring.
- Proven track record of driving cross-team initiatives that improve software development practices, strengthen engineering culture, and foster continuous improvement.
- Fluency in written and spoken communication and working with stakeholders in a professional and constructive way.
- Good understanding of software architecture and cloud architectural concepts.
- Proven track record of delivering business results.
- Strong interest and competence in AI-native software development, including using modern AI tools and techniques for development, testing and debugging.
- Passion for software development and engineering excellence.
- Good to have certifications related to Kubernetes administration, Security, Linux or other related fields.
