PDSVISION is continuing its strong growth in the Nordic region and is now looking for an experienced and business‑oriented Project Manager to lead complex customer implementation projects within PLM, CAD, CAE and other enterprise‑level system environments. The location for the position is Tampere or Vantaa in Finland.

Your Role: Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the successful delivery of enterprise-level system implementation projects. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, oversee timelines and budgets, and ensure projects deliver real value to our customers.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading end‑to‑end delivery of customer projects involving PLM, CAD, CAE and related system landscapes
• Project planning, resource coordination, budgeting, risk management and continuous follow‑up
• Acting as the primary stakeholder manager and building long-term customer relationships
• Collaborating closely with technical consultants, solution architects and customer teams to align the solution with business needs
• Conducting post‑implementation evaluations and contributing to continuous improvements
• Supporting the development of internal methodologies, tools and best practices

Who You Are

We believe you have:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within enterprise system implementation projects (e.g., PLM, ERP, CAD, CAE)
• A structured way of working and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Solid understanding of IT systems, software delivery and preferably industrial or engineering environments
• A collaborative and solution-oriented approach
• A relevant university degree within Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar

It is considered a plus if you have:

• Experience with PTC Windchill, Creo or Ansys
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
• Experience from multi-vendor or multi-system customer environments
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum Master

Language skills:

• Fluency in English is required
• Finnish language skills are highly beneficial and strongly valued, but not mandatory
