A well-established and innovative food production company with a history spanning over 300 years is looking for a Junior SAP-Anwendungsentwickler (m/w/d). This role joins the central corporate IT team to support software development and system administration within a modern SAP landscape. You will work in a collaborative environment that balances traditional values with future-oriented technology.
What you'll be doing
• Developing and optimizing software solutions in the SAP environment to improve business processes
• Assisting with the maintenance and administration of SAP basis systems
• Supporting additional IT applications and interfaces to ensure smooth overall operations
• Analyzing and resolving technical disruptions within the SAP environment as part of 2nd-level support
• Participating in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure system stability for critical issues
What we're looking for
• Completed vocational training as a Fachinformatiker for application development or a similar IT qualification
• Initial practical experience in software development, preferably within an SAP context
• Fundamental knowledge of SAP development or SAP basis administration or a strong willingness to learn
• General understanding of IT systems and network structures
• Professional proficiency in German and a reliable, proactive approach to teamwork
