About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated (Senior) UX/UI-Designer (m/w/d) to join our team. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in UX/UI design within B2B or software environments. Excellent analytical skills and the capacity to quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics are essential. You must be proficient in designing prototypes and wireframes that emphasize usability and accessibility. Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, is required to facilitate effective communication within our international team. Additionally, a proactive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a passion for continuous learning will help you thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

Develop and independently execute user-centered concepts, driving the iterative improvement of our software products through pragmatic and solution-oriented approaches.

Rapidly immerse yourself in new, complex subject areas, analyze underlying relationships, and translate insights into clear, actionable UX concepts.

Create prototypes and wireframes to visualize design ideas, ensuring high usability standards and adherence to accessibility guidelines.

Contribute to the design and continuous development of our products by generating innovative ideas and refining our design systems.

Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to align user needs with product strategies, analyzing complex situations independently to deliver optimal solutions.
