🧰 Construction PM - Long Term Contract(Freelance)

I’m currently supporting a leading client in the pharmaceutical sector who is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee key construction and infrastructure work packages for brownfield investment in Germany.

What you’ll do:

• Management and monitoring of conversion projects in the existing building in the pharmaceutical environment, with technical coordination with other trades and sub-projects in compliance with all regulations and standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Expert advice on the clarification of technical requirements as well as communication with external planning and engineering offices.
• Technical review and structuring of project-related documents, e.g. bills of quantities, tender documents and award recommendations.
• Advisory support for the evaluation of legal and structural requirements (no internal responsibility).
• Coordination of external trades within the framework of the commissioned work package.
• Documentation and reporting on cost developments and project progress (no budget responsibility).
• Technical review of planning documents and evaluation of supplements.

What you bring:

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in project coordination (Pharma experience in a brownfield project is a huge plus!).
• Strong communication skills with the "assertiveness" to manage external partners.
• Professional level German (written and spoken) and good English skills.
