Due to continued growth and a busy pipeline, our client has an opportunity available within their Deal Advisory department.
As a Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality valuation analyses for a diverse set of clients, including private equity funds, corporates, asset managers, and financial institutions.

This Deal Advisory department is a market leader and has extensive experience in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, transaction advisory services, valuations and raising capital and business planning.
Role:
- Lead the preparation, review, and execution of valuation analyses for financial reporting, tax, transaction advisory, strategic decision-making, and dispute/litigation purposes.
- Develop and review financial models including DCF, WACC, capital structure
- analysis, purchase price allocations (PPA), intangible asset valuations, impairment testing, option pricing models (OPM, PWERM), and Monte Carlo simulations.
- Conduct valuations of businesses, equity interests, debt instruments, derivatives, and intangible assets in accordance with industry standards.
- Perform detailed financial statement analysis, benchmarking, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and cost of capital research.
- Prepare high‑quality written valuation reports, technical memos, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal risk management, quality control procedures, and regulatory standards.
- A strong ability to synthesize complex valuation outcomes and communicate them to stakeholders in a practical and easy to understood manner.
Candidate:
- ACA / ACCA / CFA qualified or equivalent;
- Minimum 3+ years of Valuations experience at an established Transaction Advisory practice is a must;
- Strong project management and communication capabilities;
- Proficiency in software packages
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
- Knowledge of programming languages such as; Python, R, Stata is a plus;
- Fluency in English is a must
