Responsabilities

• PMO Workplace Transformation
• Organize the technical/functional workshops and deliver the minutes
• Organize the various committees (Stream Committee) or contribute to them (Steering committee / Project follow-up / …) and deliver the minutes
• Prepare the various deliverables as:

Data Migration Process

Set-up migration infrastructure & tooling

Migration plan

Test Plan

Users Support & Hyper Care

• Strong Relationship with Customer (AZ trade Business users) and AZ Technology central teams in charge of the target solution (O365, fileshares on cloud) as well as the migration tooling (MS Fast Track)
• Supporting Overall Project Manager
