Acting as a first line of support, you assist as a primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries via phone, front desk, and service portal, ensuring a responsive and user-focused experience. You support ticket management within ServiceNow by logging, categorizing, and prioritizing incidents and requests under guidance, while handling incoming calls and tickets with a focus on first-contact resolution and user satisfaction, and escalating when necessary. Additionally, you contribute to first-level administration and troubleshooting, providing support for applications and hardware while continuously developing your technical skills.
What we expect from you
- Junior profile with a strong interest in IT support and a willingness to learn quickly
- Basic familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow
- Good understanding of Windows, iOS, and Microsoft Azure environments
- Awareness of ITIL best practices and IT support processes
- Excellent communication skills with a strong client-first mindset
- Fluent in English and French
