About The Job

• In collaboration with Human Resources (HR), Attract and Retain (A&R) develops targeted university engagement initiatives, outreach programs. With management the team assists in the recruitment flow. Furthermore, is responsible for retention initiatives geared toward recognition and the workplace satisfaction of our staff. The ultimate goal is to create a positive and inclusive work environment that attracts and retains the best talent in the industry
  
  

Your Main Activities Are

• Work closely with Human Resources to develop strategic plans for university engagement
• Help to drive the Graduates Program and Summer Trainees Program, and organize related events and communications
• Organize and manage Global Markets presence at career days, job fairs, and other internal or external events, including contacting potential speakers
• Review job descriptions submitted by managers and create a list of open positions for external publication
• Supervise logistics for new joiners orientation, prepare and host welcome days, and coordinate induction plans
• Participate in recruitment meetings with HR and business stakeholders and update the department’s newsletters
• Direct and constant contact with department managers for the majority of projects
  
  

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor´s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or Economics
• Fluency in English, both written and oral
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to work under pressure and to manage time accordingly
• Capacity to be Autonomous, fast-learner, pro-active
• Good knowledge of excel functions and formulas
