This growth comes with exciting technical challenges: real-time tracking, matching algorithms, payment optimization, and system scalability.

You’ll join a small but highly talented tech team (<10 engineers) within a ~50-person company where every decision has real impact.

🎯 About the role

We’re looking for a Principal Android Developer with 8+ years of experience, passionate about building high-quality, scalable mobile products.

You’ll be part of a product-driven team, where engineers have real ownership and a direct impact on both technical decisions and user experience.

Your mission will be to scale and improve our Android app, ensuring it performs reliably in a high-growth, high-usage environment.

🧩 Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve core product features on Android
• Design and implement robust, scalable architectures
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Collaborate closely with Backend, Product, Design, and QA
• Improve app performance, stability, and user experience
• Contribute to technical decisions and architectural evolution
• Participate in code reviews and drive engineering best practices

✅ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with Kotlin and the Android SDK
• Strong experience with architectures such as MVVM
• Strong experience with Jetpack Compose
• Experience with reactive programming (e.g., Flow, RxJava)
• Experience working on products with high user volume / scalability challenges
• Strong ownership mindset, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• You are already using AI for some of your workflows.

• Contributions to Open Source projects
• Experience optimizing performance in complex mobile apps
• Experience with React Native or Flutter
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile testing automations
• Experience with modularization and large-scale app structures
