Scrum Master & Agile Support – SuperSquad IAA T-IBD Datacenter

Role Summary

We are looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate agile practices and support the SuperSquad team in delivering high-quality solutions. This role focuses on enabling team collaboration, removing impediments, and fostering an agile mindset across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective.
• Remove impediments and support the team’s self-organization.
• Coach the team in agile practices and foster continuous improvement.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Ensure transparency of goals, progress, and quality standards.
• Encourage and promote an agile mindset within the team and the organization.
  
  

Qualifications

Scrum Master – Key Skills

Must-Have Skills

• Proficient German language skills.
• Experience with Jira.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in agile team coaching.
• Excellent communication and moderation skills.
• Ability to remove impediments and foster team self-organization.
• Servant leadership mindset.
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Solid understanding of software development processes.
• Experience in scaled agile environments (e.g., SAFe).
• Background in application development or software engineering.
