N-iX is looking for Senior Project / Program Manager (AI initiative) to join the team

Our Client is a global product-based technology organization working with large-scale digital content platforms. The team builds AI-powered solutions for content processing, automation, and operational efficiency, collaborating across engineering, product, and data teams.

We are looking for a skillful Project / Program Manager to join an AI-driven automation project for a global technology company providing creative assets, AI-powered content tools, and data solutions used by businesses, media companies, and creators around the world.

The initiative is centered around using AI to automate complex review and decision workflows, working closely with engineering teams and third-party AI providers to identify where automation can bring the biggest impact.

What you’ll be doing

• Support the delivery of a cross-functional AI-driven automation program by coordinating engineering timelines, dependencies, and milestones
• Collaborate with third-party AI vendors to understand technical capabilities and ensure effective integration with internal systems
• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and optimize operational costs
• Create clear process documentation, flow diagrams, and visualizations to help stakeholders understand automation workflows and system interactions
• Work closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders in an agile environment to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely delivery
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, or Program Management, preferably in a technical or engineering-driven environment
• Technical background or strong understanding of AI-software development processes is a significant advantage
• Excellent prioritization, organization, and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience creating process flows, diagrams, and workflow visualizations using tools such as Lucid, Miro, or similar whiteboarding platforms
• Familiarity with AI-driven automation, content moderation systems, or workflow-based platforms is a strong plus
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with engineering, product, and business teams
• Experience working in Agile / Kanban / Scrum environments is preferred
• Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English level
