For our client, a global advisory and professional services organization operating in the areas of risk, insurance, HR and finance, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Project Manager.

Work mode: remote

Compensation: 220-250 PLN/h net

Responsibilities:

• Leading multiple projects within a broader transformation programme
• Coordinating delivery across system‑related and financial workstreams, including portfolio/demand management, financial tracking processes, and data or platform integrations
• Managing timelines, risks, dependencies, reporting and delivery standards
• Facilitating cross‑functional discussions, workshops and alignment sessions
• Managing senior and executive stakeholders with structured and transparent communication
• Collaborating closely with technical, business and finance teams to ensure alignment
• Managing vendors and ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Monitoring risks, issues, dependencies and supporting programme governance
• Preparing clear and concise communication tailored to different audiences

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, including financial services / banking / finance‑related environments
• Experience coordinating system‑related workstreams and projects involving integrations or enterprise platforms
• Strong background in business process management, process mapping and optimisation
• Significant experience in C‑level stakeholder management and influencing without direct authority
• Ability to coordinate multiple parallel workstreams in a complex, multi‑vendor environment
• Familiarity with Jira, Apptio/PCTM and Workday (required to coordinate system‑based delivery)
• Excellent communication skills – concise, structured, audience‑appropriate messaging
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to operate with urgency
• Independence, maturity and assertiveness in decision-making
• English at C1 level

Nice to have:

• Background working in organisations specialising in audit, advisory or financial consulting services
• Experience with large transformation programmes
• Exposure to complex, multi‑region corporate programmes
