As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our cutting-edge products. Responsibilities

• Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to execution for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and drive improvement.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and practices across all products.
• Analyze and interpret user feedback to refine and enhance user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain design systems and libraries for consistency and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in UX/UI design industry.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and design interns.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops to foster innovation and creativity.
• Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for various screen sizes and devices.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of UX/UI design projects and skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing with actionable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for design implementation insight.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and aesthetics.
