Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- Support HR managers in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Coordinate and assist in onboarding activities for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Participate in organizing HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Answer employee questions and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
- Compile HR reports and assist in analyzing HR metrics and data for decision-making.
- Handle tasks related to employee benefits administration and payroll processing support.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in HR operations and practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive employee information and documents.
- Assist in performance review processes, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Facilitate clear communication between employees and management regarding HR issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is highly desirable.
