Crypto Exchange Operations Manager

Blockchain in Healthcare Global (BiHG) – IEEE ISTO is expanding its digital asset infrastructure and is seeking a Crypto Exchange Operations Manager to support operational processes related to cryptocurrency exchanges and digital asset transfers.

The role focuses on monitoring exchange activity, coordinating crypto asset balances across multiple trading venues, and supporting operational processes connected to exchange infrastructure. The position helps maintain stable operational workflows for digital asset transactions supported by Blockchain in Healthcare Global (BiHG) – IEEE ISTO.

Responsibilities

• Monitor crypto exchange activity across multiple trading platforms.

• Track digital asset balances across exchanges and wallet infrastructure.

• Coordinate crypto asset transfers between exchanges and internal wallets.

• Maintain operational reporting related to exchange balances and activity.

• Review exchange deposits and withdrawals across multiple crypto platforms.

• Identify inconsistencies in crypto transfers or exchange transaction records.

• Support internal teams with monitoring of crypto exchange infrastructure.

• Maintain documentation related to crypto exchange operational procedures.

Requirements

• Experience working with cryptocurrency exchanges or digital asset infrastructure.

• Understanding of crypto exchange environments and transaction processes.

• Experience transferring crypto assets between exchanges and wallets.

• Familiarity with blockchain transaction confirmations and block explorers.

• Strong operational discipline when handling digital assets.

• Experience monitoring crypto transaction activity across exchanges.

• Professional fluency in English.

• Strong attention to detail in financial or crypto operations.

Compensation

Base Salary: 300,000 - 350,000 USD per year
