What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, iteration planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Manage engineering development projects and facilitate sprint releases
• Guide the team in time estimating practices and facilitate team estimates
• Conduct post-mortem and root cause analysis for continuous improvement
• Implement and support agile principles, rules, and processes
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience and 4 years leading sprints
• Demonstrable expertise in agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
• Strong understanding of Jira, including global administration
• Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, and through email
