We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing IT team.

This role will work closely with our Business Intelligence Development team and key stakeholders across the organization to transform business requirements into structured, scalable, and high-impact BI solutions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and refine BI requirements

• Conduct requirement workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications

• Negotiate scope and manage expectations across departments

• Collaborate with BI Developers to ensure smooth project delivery

• Design and review Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions

• Develop and optimize SQL queries (MySQL / MSSQL)

• Support database administration including performance tuning, indexing, backups, and security

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards

🛠 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics

• Strong expertise in Power BI

• Advanced knowledge of MySQL and MSSQL

• Experience in Database Administration (performance tuning, backup, security management)

• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

• Ability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
