Primary title: Front-end Developer

This fully remote role welcomes engineers who ship production-quality UI, optimise for performance and accessibility, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable product outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain responsive user interfaces using component-driven React architecture.
Translate UX designs into pixel-perfect, accessible pages while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and WCAG best practices.
Integrate front-end components with backend services and REST APIs to deliver robust, data-driven features.
Improve application performance through code-splitting, lazy loading, bundle optimisations, and runtime profiling.
Author unit and E2E tests, participate in code reviews, and follow CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable releases.
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define technical solutions and mentor junior engineers.
