Job Description

The Digital Delivery Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives aligned to the Digital roadmap. This role ensures projects are executed efficiently, to a high standard, and in line with business priorities.

Working across eCommerce, CMS, customer experience, and platform enhancements, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate delivery, manage dependencies, and support the successful rollout of digital change across the business.

This role plays a key part in maintaining the performance, compliance, and continuous improvement of Zimmermann’s digital ecosystem, while driving operational excellence across all digital initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • 4–6+ years’ experience in digital project management or digital delivery roles, ideally within retail or eCommerce
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • Experience delivering projects across eCommerce platforms (e.g. Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and CMS platforms (e.g. Contentful)
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, including integrations, APIs, and third-party systems
  • Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and delivery capability
  • Experience with digital analytics and tagging tools (e.g. Google Tag Manager) desirable
  • Experience with international platforms such as Global-e highly regarded

Job Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives across eCommerce and digital platforms
  • Deliver projects to agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and delivery-ready backlog items, in collaboration with the DSP
  • Oversee delivery of both small enhancements and larger roadmap projects
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across platforms and systems
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem (eCommerce, CMS, integrations)
  • Identify, manage and escalate risks, dependencies, and blockers
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including RAID logs and status reporting
  • Support testing, release planning, and deployment activities with QA and development teams

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with internal teams (Digital, Marketing, Retail, IT, Operations) and external vendors
  • Support coordination of business requirements and change documentation
  • Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability
  • Support troubleshooting and issue resolution with QA and development teams
  • Coordinate rollout activities to ensure teams are prepared for releases and change impacts

Platform, Maintenance & Compliance

  • Oversee website maintenance activities and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Support tracking and tagging requirements, including Google Tag Manager updates and validation
  • Ensure website accessibility standards are maintained across all markets
  • Support the delivery and ongoing management of consent management requirements

Delivery Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to improvements in delivery processes, tools, and ways of working
  • Support post-launch reviews and identify opportunities for optimisation
  • Maintain momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Identify and escalate risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
