Full Stack Engineer

Hexaly is a fast-growing software company in Mathematical Optimization, also known as Operations Research or Decision Science. The team develops Hexaly Optimizer, an ultra-fast hybrid optimization solver, and Hexaly Studio, an innovative low-code platform for building optimization apps in days. Your job

You are part of the Hexaly tech team. Daily, you:

• Develop new features and fix bugs in Hexaly Studio, Assistant, and Cloud (frontend and backend);
• Develop new features and fix bugs in Hexaly's website and other internal IT systems;
• Participate in Hexaly professional services, such as developing turnkey applications for clients.

Your profile

• You have a Master's degree in Software Engineering (university or engineering school);
• You love coding and beautiful web applications;
• You have an eye for detail, you like a job well done, and you don't fear code reviews;
• You are very organized, can follow processes and practices carefully;
• You can listen and handle direct feedback on all that you do;
• You have a high degree of commitment to work and are not afraid of change;
• You have excellent written and oral expression in English.

In the first weeks, we will coach you intensively to deepen your understanding of Hexaly's products and to acquire Hexaly's software development best practices.

Your perks and benefits

Annual gross salary between €42,000 and €62,000, depending on profile and experience, plus various advantages (RTT, excellent healthcare insurance, lunch, public transportation, coffee and tea, etc.).

Recruitment process

• Remote interview with Romain, founder & CTO (30 minutes)
• On-site assessment with Alexandre, Senior Software Engineer, and another member of the Hexaly R&D team (1 hour)
