Job Title- Senior GRC / Security Governance Consultant

Location- Paris, France

Hybrid mode- 4 days week (Work from client location)

Language - French + English

Years of relevant experience: +8 years

Senior Cybersecurity Governance / GRC profile (8+ years)

Overview:

The role involves leading the supervision of information systems security activities within the Information Systems Department. The consultant will manage cyber risk management systems (TPRM, KRI, Issue Management, etc) and coordinate security supervision for two subsidiaries. The consultant will join a dynamic team and report to the head of Information Systems Security.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the control plan (barometer and operational)
• Oversee production of KRI
• Manage TPRM
• Supervise the portfolio (~60 services) and identified actions
• Review contractual security clauses
• Coordinate stakeholders
• Manage issue management and risk acceptances
• Supervise information systems security for two subsidiaries
• Lead the awareness plan
• Support the Information Systems Department and Security team

Mandatory skills:

• Proven GRC experience in complex, regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies
• Understanding of matrix organizations
• Autonomy, initiative, and synthesis skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills

• Analytical thinking, listening, and pedagogical abilities
• Expertise or strong interest in Cybersecurity
