ML Data Associate - Annotator (Generative AI)

Type: Contract - 8-12 months

Rate/Salary: €30,000 - €40,000

We’re hiring an ML Data Associate (MLDA) to support the responsible development of large language models (LLMs) by delivering high-quality labelled human insight data across text, speech, audio, image, and video.

If you’re the type who doesn’t just “think outside the box” — but makes the box bigger — you’ll fit right in.

This is a role for someone who speaks English, along with one of German or French languages.

What you’ll do

• Label and evaluate data (dialogue + multi-modal content) using clear guidelines and in-house tools
• Deliver consistently high quality against KPIs
• Make sound judgement calls when information is incomplete or ambiguous
• Spot patterns, analyse root causes, and suggest improvements to processes/SOPs/tools
• Support day-to-day operational delivery and help unblock the team when needed
• Maintain strict confidentiality (customer privacy is the #1 priority)
