What To Expect
As a Customer Excellence Project Manager at Tesla, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the customer experience across all Tesla Centers and Stores. You will lead strategic initiatives that enhance the physical, digital, and operational journey - ensuring every interaction is seamless and consistent with Tesla’s mission and brand standards.

With a specialized focus on Retail Experience, you will take ownership of designing, optimizing, and scaling the retail environment across EMEA. Your work will directly influence how customers discover Tesla, engage with our teams, and transition into ownership.

What You'll Do

Lead a strategic portfolio of customer journey and insight-driven projects, from ideation to execution, ensuring on-time delivery, measurable business impact, and alignment with Tesla’s global standards

Own the insight lifecycle: Analyse customer feedback (NPS, surveys, frontline reports), behavioural data (digital and in-person touchpoints), and competitive benchmarking into actionable project priorities and KPIs

Translate insights into scalable improvements across the customer journey, ensuring every interaction reflect Tesla’s innovation and excellence

Champion cross-functional collaboration to prioritize initiatives, resolve challenges, and maintain visibility on key customer excellence programs

Continuously assess existing standards across people, place, and process, identifying opportunities to enhance operational consistency and deliver best‑in‑class experiences

Measure and report on impact using quantitative and qualitative metrics, continuously iterating based on performance data and evolving customer expectations
